This full-time position, reporting to the Service Desk Manager, requires an individual with a college diploma or university degree in computer science and two years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting complex desktop problems, maintaining desktop service levels, and managing user accounts. Collaboration with network administrators and office staff is paramount for operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve desktop problems for end-users

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations

• Support plant-floor technology and applications

• Manage inventory of IT assets and peripherals

• Document equipment failures and resolutions

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in computer science with 2 years' experience

• Certifications like A+ and Network+ are assets

• Knowledge of Windows OS and PC applications

• Experience in a ticket-based support environment

• Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing setting
