This job posting is for an existing, active vacancy and we are looking to hire Oracle Fusion HCM Techno functional Consultant in Brampton, ON & Calgary, AB (Onsite), immediately who has worked extensively in HCM, Payroll support and development.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer with a strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll. The ideal candidate will possess a techno functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, enabling them to provide exceptional support and solutions to our clients. This role requires a proactive approach to problem solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and process flows.
Assist in the implementation of new features and enhancements within the Oracle HCM system.
Conduct training sessions for end users and provide ongoing support as needed.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud HCM developments and best practices.

Mandatory

Skills:

Proven experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Technical, including configuration and customization.
Strong understanding of Payroll processes and functionalities within Oracle Cloud HCM.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to HCM applications.
Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction and reporting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non technical stakeholders.

Preferred

Skills:

Experience with Oracle Cloud integration tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of other Oracle Cloud modules such as Talent Management or Recruiting.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
Certifications in Oracle Cloud HCM or related fields.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5 to 7 years of experience in a technical support role, specifically with Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
