As Technical Lead, Cyber & Technology Compliance, you will lead cyber security and technology compliance activities across Loblaw Technology and Analytics. The work includes technology risk management, GRC enhancement, third-party risk activities, and executive communication. You will translate complex topics into clear business-focused narratives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage technology risk registers and remedial action plans
Enhance GRC tools, automation, and integrated workflows
Coordinate vendor assessments and third-party risk compliance
Develop cybersecurity presentations and executive leadership updates
Translate risks, progress, and decisions into concise narratives
Requirements:
Hands-on cybersecurity and technology compliance experience
Experience in risk management, audit, assurance, or advisory roles
Knowledge of NIST CSF 2.0 and ISO 27001/2
Working knowledge of Service Now or Archer GRC tools
Expert written and verbal communication skills
