Shape transportation technology at Loblaw Companies Limited through systems implementation, business analysis, and collaboration with Transport Operations and IT teams.
As Senior Analyst, Transport Systems, you will translate operational needs into functional requirements, user stories, and effective system solutions. You will support transportation applications across implementation, enhancement, deployment, training, and ongoing sustainment. The work connects business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and operational leaders while supporting Agile and Waterfall delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead transportation application design, testing, implementation, and enhancement work streams
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement
- Coordinate QA, SIT, UAT, defects, and business validation
- Support cutover, stabilization, training, and application issue resolution
- Three to five years of relevant transportation, supply chain, or project experience
- Degree in computer science, business technology, supply chain, engineering, or related field
- Experience supporting technology or transportation system implementations
- Project management skills across multiple priorities and deliverables
- Practical Agile experience with user stories and backlog management
