Connect client requirements with technical solutions as a Senior IT Business Analyst at Tech Spitze, using documentation and communication expertise. Collaborate across departments and teams.
This experienced Senior Business Analyst works with BD/Sales and Technical teams while reporting to BA Leads. You will clarify requirements, present technical visions and value propositions, and align proposed solutions with business goals. The work includes detailed documentation, workshops, mentoring, and requirement engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise between departments across the organization
- Understand and present client requirements and solutions
- Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, and user stories
- Lead requirement discovery workshops with client executives
- Mentor junior business analysts and standardize practices
- Experience as a Business Analyst in IT consulting
- Expertise preparing detailed technical documentation
- Proficiency with Moqups, Balsamiq, Gliffy, or Visio
- Proficiency with JIRA or Basecamp
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
