At Five Star Insurance, we are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Insurance Broker. This position involves working collaboratively with various departments to manage both new and renewal businesses across a diverse client base. Candidates will leverage extensive knowledge of the insurance marketplace to develop effective proposals and maintain strong relations with insurance carriers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships for tailored insurance solutions

• Evaluate existing policies and recommend necessary adjustments

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling

• Research and present customized insurance options from multiple carriers

• Guide clients throughout the entire claims process

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Insurance Broker or in a similar role

• Knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products

• Strong negotiation and sales skills with a track record of targets achieved

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• RIBO license or in the process of obtaining it
