Position: Accident Benefits Claim Advisor at Allstate

As part of our growing team, you will report to the Manager of Casualty Claims. This role requires a minimum of two years of relevant Ontario accident benefits experience. You will interpret insurance policies, manage claim settlements, and provide exceptional service while collaborating with Adjusters and Claims Assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret insurance policy wording for claims

• Investigate and negotiate moderate to high complexity claims

• Ensure compliance with Allstate policies and procedures

• Document files thoroughly and accurately

• Communicate professionally with claimants and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years Ontario Accident Benefits experience

• CIP designation or intention to pursue is preferred

• Strong knowledge in injury claims and medical terminology

• Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills

• Proven ability to work independently and in a team
