Senior Network Scheduler, Supply Chain
Senior Network Scheduler (internally referred to as Senior Network Store Scheduler) will act as the central coordinator for our national distribution network, designing, executing, and maintaining the master SAP Network Schedules that govern the flow of products to nearly 2,500 stores across Canada. The ideal candidate is an expert of detail, a creative issue‑solver, and an excellent communicator who can balance complex operational constraints.

- Assume accountability for the end‑to‑end setup, creation, and maintenance of all SAP Network Schedules for our national distribution network.
- Serve as the primary communicator for all schedule changes, clearly articulating operational impacts to retail, warehouse, and transportation partners.
- Evaluate all business schedule change requests, assessing feasibility while considering geographical constraints, order frequency, and supply chain impacts.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise for special projects, new store openings, contingency planning, and system executions.
- Oversee the flow of SAP orders, confirming that schedule changes produce expected operational outcomes.
- Post‑secondary education in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field and relevant experience in a distribution, logistics, or retail operations environment.
- 1–3 years’ work experience in distribution or retail operations.
- Robust comprehension of SAP Network Schedules and proficiency in MS Excel for evaluation and solution modeling.
- Solid comprehension of broader Supply Chain, Transportation, and Retail process flows.
- Strong analytical skills, with the capability to interpret data and metrics, discover root causes, and create effective solutions.
- Proven capability to operate effectively with varied business units, advance projects, and propel process improvements.
- Strong communication skills in English;
French is considered an asset.
Hiring range: $52,000.00 – $71,500.00 per year. Pay may vary based on experience and geographical region.
