Position: Freight Broker and Dispatcher Role

We’re seeking a driven individual with at least 1 year of 3PL experience to become part of our team at Starship Freight. This Dispatcher role prioritizes relationship-building, competitive pricing negotiation, and efficient service call management. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with service providers

• Negotiate best rates for client freight needs

• Schedule incoming calls professionally

• Communicate effectively to ensure smooth processes

• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in relevant dispatching or brokerage

• Proven negotiation and customer service skills

• Strong verbal, written and organizational abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with relevant tools helpful

• Independent worker who can collaborate with a team
