Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate loading of customer orders with the team

• Release orders through SAP to ensure efficiency

• Work with leadership to improve operational workflows

• Perform machine operator tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a team leader capacity

• Capable of lifting parts up to 50 pounds

• Strong ability to lead diverse teams

• Proficient in English communication

• Organized and adaptable under pressure
