Elevate supply chain performance as an Operational Excellence Specialist at Tree House Foods in Georgetown, ON. You'll drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with leadership to enhance efficiency and product quality.
This full-time role involves supporting the Tree House Management Operating Structure (TMOS) implementation while partnering with site leadership and cross-functional teams. With your experience in manufacturing and supply chain, you will play a key role in tracking key performance indicators, conducting analyses, and supporting operational strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and sustain TMOS for standard manufacturing processes
• Model behaviors aligned with continuous improvement
• Track and report KPIs for supply chain performance
• Collaborate with division leaders on enterprise initiatives
• Assist in executing continuous improvement projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Management, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
