Position: North America Demand Planner Role
Shape demand forecasts for Specialized in North America as a strategic Demand Planner. Utilize your analytical skills to support revenue goals and inventory health.

As the Demand Planner, you will cover short-, mid-, and long-term forecasting across multiple categories, collaborating actively with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams. This role requires a strong focus on turning data-driven insights into actionable demand signals, enhancing forecast quality, and managing inventory health effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop consensus forecasts across SKU and category levels

• Improve forecast accuracy through detailed trend analysis

• Review inventory health, addressing NPI and EOL areas

• Partner with cross-functional teams to align demand plans

• Communicate demand risks and opportunities clearly

Requirements:

• 3–7 years in finance or supply chain planning

• Strong analytical skills with complex data sets

• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Oracle, Tableau)

• Solid communication and stakeholder management skills

• Passion for cycling and the outdoor lifestyle
