In this pivotal role, you will manage logistics operations at Filmetrics, a leader in optical surface profiling. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in international shipping, with at least four years of experience or a BA in a related field. Your proficiency in SAP or Oracle, along with your strong judgment, will support effective shipment scheduling and documentation preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate international and domestic shipping schedules

• Relay information between stakeholders and service providers

• Prepare all necessary shipping documents

• Maintain accurate department metrics

• Provide additional warehouse support as needed

Requirements:

• BA degree with 1 year OR AA degree with 4 years shipping experience

• Familiarity with U.S. export/import regulations

• Strong English communication skills required

• Experience in hazardous materials handling preferred

• SAP or Oracle proficiency essential
