Join Tree House Foods in Georgetown, Ontario as a Specialist in Operational Excellence focused on driving optimal manufacturing processes and supply chain performance. Your expertise will help sustain the Tree House Management Operating Structure (TMOS) to boost operational efficiency.

This full-time role requires active collaboration with site leaders and process owners to implement TMOS effectively. You will analyze key performance indicators and assist with gap analysis to improve supply chain efficiency. Working with cross-functional teams, you will support continuous improvement projects that identify and replicate best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure standard manufacturing processes align with TMOS

• Assist KPI owners with performance tracking and analysis

• Collaborate on improvement projects with cross-functional teams

• Document issues and track project progress

• Conduct training on continuous improvement tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Management, or similar

• Minimum of 2-3 years in manufacturing or supply chain

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Capability to manage multiple priorities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
