As a Buyer Intern, you will assist in essential tasks such as tracking purchase orders and ensuring timely supplier coordination. Managing open purchase orders and promoting consistent improvement in procurement processes are key facets of this role, alongside maintaining good standing with vendors and addressing supplier quality concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in tracking and acknowledging purchase orders
• Coordinate delivery confirmations with suppliers
• Manage open purchase orders to ensure timely closure
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and procedures
• Support resolution of supplier quality issues
Requirements:
• Pursuing education in logistics or procurement
• Familiarity with SAP software is a plus
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Proficient in English language
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
