Inbound Scheduling Manager at Loblaw

In this role, you will manage the inbound flow of goods into our distribution centers, collaborating with teams across the supply chain to improve process performance. Your leadership will be essential in guiding team members and implementing strategies that enhance service levels. This position requires a proactive approach to logistics and operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the scheduling and intake of goods

• Develop and coach Inbound Scheduling team

• Analyze performance data for continuous enhancement

• Ensure compliance with operational constraints

• Lead seasonal demand planning processes

Requirements:

• Leadership experience in Supply Chain (1-3 years)

• Strong knowledge of Retail operations

• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented and capable of managing priorities

• Knowledge in SAP/JDA/IPFR and Microsoft applications
