Become a Logistics Customer Experience Coordinator at CN and enhance our customers' shipping journeys. This role focuses on optimizing logistics coordination to meet service excellence expectations.
Working within the Retail Segment, you will act as a bridge between customers and the Intermodal departments r role will be essential in organizing shipments, addressing issues, and ensuring timely deliveries. You are expected to cultivate strong relationships while proactively handling logistical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage shipment coordination from start to finish
• Handle orders and monitor shipment movements
• Address client inquiries through the customer service line
• Communicate logistical plans for efficiency
• Provide internal support to resolve shipment issues
Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years experience in logistics processes
• Background in rail and truck systems valued
• Post Secondary Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to think critically and adapt quickly
