Mix Pro is seeking a Logistics Coordinator with 3-5 years of logistics or supply chain experience. In this role, you will handle shipment arrangements, prepare critical documents like Bills of Lading, and maintain the Mix Pro Order Tracking System. Your attention to detail will ensure invoicing accuracy while staying updated with logistics regulations for both domestic and international shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tag and label goods for efficient shipment

• Arrange timely customer shipments and track orders

• Prepare and verify export/import documents accurately

• Generate invoices for the accounting department

• Assist with periodic inventory counts

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of logistics or supply chain experience

• Community college diploma in Logistics preferred

• Proficiency in M3

ERP or similar systems

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Computer skills in Word, Windows, and Excel
