Procurement Manager for North America

Step into a strategic role as Procurement Manager at Quantum Lifecycle, located in the Greater Toronto Area. Spearhead procurement strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure efficient service delivery across North America.

As part of Quantum Lifecycle, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive procurement strategies. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 7 years of procurement experience and is skilled in supplier negotiations and strategic sourcing. This role also offers leadership over a Procurement Coordinator, with growth potential as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead RFQs/RFPs and supplier negotiations

• Establish preferred supplier programs and scorecards

• Oversee procurement policies and KPI development

• Partner with various departments to improve processes

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and spend visibility

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

• At least 7 years of procurement experience

• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle

• Advanced analytical skills, including Excel proficiency

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
