Mix Pro is looking for a skilled Logistics Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management. This position involves arranging shipments, preparing necessary documentation, and maintaining the Mix Pro Order Tracking System. Attention to detail is critical to ensuring invoicing and compliance with changing shipping regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange and coordinate customer shipments effectively

• Tag and label products for shipping clarity

• Prepare export/import documentation accurately

• Maintain updated shipping orders in the system

• Assist with inventory checks as needed

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in a logistics or supply chain role

• Community college diploma in Logistics preferred

• Proficiency with M3

ERP or similar systems

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

• Competent in Word, Windows, and Excel
