Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise shipping and receiving operations
• Coordinate effective shipping schedules and loads
• Conduct daily safety equipment inspections
• Process incoming freight and verify documentation
• Engage in Continuous Improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Preferred Bachelor's in Logistics or related discipline
• 5+ years leading shipping/receiving teams
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and carriers
• Experience with SAP systems
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
