Drive operational excellence as an Industrial Engineering Analyst s full-time role focuses on data analysis, Labour Standards development, and process improvements across Loblaw’s distribution network.
Loblaw seeks an adaptable Industrial Engineering Analyst to support their operational goals. You will ensure compliance through audits, develop Labour Standards, and resolve post-audit issues promptly. Strong analytical skills are essential for using MOST analysis and providing continuous improvement insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support audits to maintain Loblaw’s methodologies
• Conduct data collection for Labour Standards development
• Resolve post-audit issues and communicate results
• Develop new methodologies using MOST analysis
• Analyze trends and assess improvement impacts
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary education in Industrial Engineering or Logistics
• Experience in a Supply Chain environment
• Knowledge of VBA and Microsoft Access required
• Flexibility to travel across Canada
• Ability to work independently and in teams
