The MRO Associate supports the Maintenance and Continuous Improvement Manager, responsible for managing MRO inventory, sourcing parts, and leading improvement initiatives. You will cultivate relationships with vendors and ensure that the right parts are always available at optimal prices. This role requires strong organizational skills and a background in inventory management to guarantee effective operations across all shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and maintain CMMS data for MRO parts
• Purchase MRO items for plant maintenance needs
• Inform stakeholders of any asset uptime issues
• Manage requisition and storage of MRO materials
• Develop Bill of Materials for critical spares
Requirements:
• 2-4 years experience in MRO management
• Technical college degree preferred
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
