With 3+ years in the trucking industry or dispatch, you'll cultivate strong relationships with customers and carriers to address service challenges. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily freight operations and customer interactions
• Build relationships with brokers and carriers
• Analyze data to negotiate competitive rates
• Resolve discrepancies in service and documentation
• Direct logistics activities and select appropriate partners
Requirements:
• 3+ years of dispatch or trucking experience
• Background in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills in logistics
• Knowledge of North American geography
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
