This position supports inbound and outbound freight coordination while meeting daily priorities and weekly transportation targets. You will serve customers, brokers, and carriers, resolve service issues, negotiate rates, and manage shipment documentation. Three-plus years of trucking or dispatch experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate inbound and outbound freight against transportation targets
Maintain customer, broker, and carrier relationships
Analyze lane data, performance, and costs
Negotiate customer and third-party carrier rates
Track shipments and resolve service discrepancies
Requirements:
Three-plus years of trucking or dispatch experience
Supply Chain Management or relevant educational background
Customer service experience in a similar environment
Knowledge of transportation and North American geography
Proficiency with Excel, Word, and new software
Bring dispatch, customer service, rate negotiation, and documentation skills to Charger Logistics freight operations in Brampton.
