Join a pivotal role as a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler focused on enhancing operational efficiency and safety. Your expertise will ensure successful maintenance work and schedule optimization.
The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler will establish PM frequencies, develop job plans, and coordinate with Trades and Supervisors. This position requires in-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring all maintenance operations comply with safety regulations. Your role will significantly impact productivity while fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Establish PM frequencies for maintenance tasks
- Create weekly maintenance schedules to optimize labor
- Maintain Maximo asset hierarchy and data integrity
- Coordinate maintenance work with Trades and Supervisors
- Monitor compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Certificate in Ontario #442A or #309A Electrician
- 3+ years experience in maintenance planning
- Proficient in Maximo and CMMS
- Robust analytical and organizational skills
- Effective communication across all levels
Excel as a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler and contribute to operational success through effective planning and collaboration.
