Position: Maintenance Associate with Boardwalk

Boardwalk is seeking a qualified Maintenance Associate. This position requires 2 years of maintenance service experience and involves responding to requests promptly, conducting preventive maintenance, and performing emergency repairs. As part of a dedicated team, you will also manage common area upkeep and assist in snow removal during the winter months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address maintenance requests within 72 hours

• Perform on-call emergency maintenance as needed

• Maintain vacant suites to quality standards

• Coordinate suite inspections with Customer Care Team

• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years maintenance service experience

• 3 years renovation experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

• Ability to lift up to 90 kg with equipment

• Strong customer service commitment
