Join Oak View Group as a Facility Conversion Maintenance Staff member, supporting the TD Station in a labor-intensive role. Contribute to various event setups, ensuring safety and compliance.
This position reports directly to the Operations Manager while collaborating closely with Building Attendants. Staff will engage in converting the facility for different events, ensuring adherence to Worksafe
NB guidelines. Responsibilities include operating equipment, assisting in maintenance, and performing general cleaning and setup tasks as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in converting facilities for events like concerts and shows
• Operate power tools and maintenance equipment as needed
• Ensure proper setup and tear down for various events
• Conduct general cleaning and maintenance duties regularly
• Supervise part-time staff and assist in training
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous labor experience is advantageous
• Availability for flexible shifts per event needs
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and follow instructions
