Join Give & Go Prepared Foods Corp. as the Sanitation Area Lead, overseeing plant sanitation and compliance. This key position focuses on managing cleaning processes and staff training in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will ensure the sanitation department meets regulatory standards and supports food safety initiatives. Your leadership will guide sanitation technicians in implementing effective cleaning methods while focusing on continuous improvement. Your knowledge of food processing and relevant regulations will enhance the plant's overall hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead training sessions for sanitation staff
• Execute regular cleaning schedules and inspections
• Advocate for food safety and GMP practices
• Resolve workplace conflicts respectfully
• Maintain documentation of sanitation procedures
Requirements:
• Completed high school or equivalent education
• 2-3 years of sanitation experience preferred
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Familiar with GMPs, SSOPs, and HACCP regulations
Drive cleanliness and safety at Give & Go while leading a dedicated sanitation team.
