Custodial Team Member at BRC

Location: Georgetown

BRC is searching for a dedicated Custodial Team Member to maintain cleanliness and safety in our Georgetown, Ontario facility. This role includes routine cleaning and collaboration across departments.

Become a part of BRC’s proactive Maintenance and Facilities team, ensuring that both production and office areas are kept clean and functional. Your responsibilities will involve managing custodial duties, ensuring proper waste disposal, and supporting production operations when necessary. Being detail-oriented will be key in maintaining a healthy workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks in production and office areas

• Restock and manage janitorial supply inventory

• Sanitize high-touch surfaces regularly

• Maintain and clean restrooms and kitchen facilities

• Assist production teams with designated tasks

Requirements:

• High School Diploma needed

• 3-5 years in custodial work

• Familiarity with safe cleaning procedures

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Good coordination to operate cleaning tools and equipment
