Position: Operator V at Evonik Inc.
Take charge as an Operator V at Evonik Canada Inc. in Morrisburg, ON. Oversee high-pressure steam boilers and ensure smooth operations of utility systems in a hybrid work environment.

As an Operator V, you'll be essential in managing high-pressure steam boiler operations, air compressors, and wastewater handling systems. This role demands strong skills in preventative maintenance and repair of process equipment, along with a focus on safety protocols. You'll actively monitor systems using modern control techniques and contribute to emergency responses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate high-pressure steam boiler and air compressors

• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment

• Monitor utility systems using distributed control systems

• Respond to fire, HAZMAT, and EMS scenarios

• Assist in troubleshooting operational issues

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education and valid Ontario 4th Class License

• 2 years as a process chemical operator preferred

• Experience with computer-based maintenance management systems

• Proficiency in English and Mathematics

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
