Position: Experienced Building Cleaner at Boardwalk
Join Boardwalk as an Experienced Cleaner and help maintain clean, inviting communities across Canada. This role requires attention to detail and involves various cleaning tasks, including common areas and vacant suites.

At Boardwalk, you're an essential part of our team focused on delivering quality living experiences. We need a detail-oriented Cleaner with at least two years of experience. In this role, you will work independently and collaboratively, taking pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across our rental properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean entrances, elevators, offices, and common areas

• Maintain vacant suites with touch-ups as needed

• Assist with interior and exterior garbage management

• Participate in snow removal and painting tasks

• Ensure equipment is maintained and functioning

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years cleaning experience

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Ability to lift up to 90kg with equipment

• Strong commitment to customer service

• Good time-management and teamwork skills
