Maintenance Supervisor

Coke Canada Bottling seeks a Maintenance Supervisor in Brampton, ON, to drive efficiency in plant operations. This full-time role focuses on upholding quality standards and team management.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will lead the Maintenance department, ensuring compliance with federal regulations while maintaining optimal equipment performance. This position requires strong leadership skills and an analytical approach to budget management, with a focus on quality improvement and team training. Your expertise in lean manufacturing and skilled trades will contribute to our goal of delivering high-quality beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain all facility equipment to company standards

• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

• Monitor quality issues and recommend improvements

• Analyze budget forecasts and report monthly

• Conduct departmental and safety meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years' supervisory experience in a skilled trades environment

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles

• Familiarity with GMP and safety regulations

• Intermediate skills in SAP and manufacturing systems
