ALMAG is seeking a Building Maintenance Associate to support the Facilities Manager in daily upkeep. This role requires performing general maintenance tasks, including repairs, inspections, and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate is resourceful, reliable, and capable of working independently while supporting site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs

• Maintain fixtures and conduct preventative maintenance tasks

• Inspect building systems and report issues

• Operate custodial equipment and tools safely

• Support furniture assembly and small facility projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of general maintenance experience

• Technical training or skilled trade experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable with hand and power tools

• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills
