Cleaning Supervisor Position

Lead cleaning efforts at the Brampton location as a Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor. Oversee staff training and ensure a clean, safe environment for all facilities.

This full-time position at our Brampton site requires hands-on leadership, hiring, and training of cleaning staff. You will inspect sites to maintain safety standards and recommend additional services, like repairs or replacements. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to establish schedules are crucial for managing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire and train cleaning staff effectively

• Supervise and co-ordinate worker activities

• Conduct site inspections for safety and cleanliness

• Recommend additional services when necessary

• Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate

• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience

• Available for shift or on-call work

• Must work on-site; no remote options

• Eligible candidates must have authorization to work in Canada
