Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Maintenance and Environmental Services teams
• Oversee renovations and vendor contracts
• Ensure compliance with health care requirements
• Conduct risk management and facility inspections
• Provide 24/7 on-call emergency response
Requirements:
• 7+ years in commercial building operations
• 3+ years in people management
• Hands-on experience with building systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
