The role requires initiative and adaptability to complete tasks such as snow clearing, security checks, and routine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use industrial vacuum cleaners for debris removal

• Make minor repairs to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Supervise other workers in maintenance tasks

• Perform security checks and safety audits

• Clear snow and ice from walkways and lots

Requirements:

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills

• Certificate or diploma in related trades

• 1-7 months experience in building services

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Reliable with good judgement skills
