The successful candidate will be key in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Primary tasks include sweeping, mopping, and using industrial vacuum cleaners on floors and stairwells. You will also clear snow and ice, handle minor repairs, and perform safety checks, ensuring a tidy and functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax floors and hallways

• Use industrial vacuum cleaners to collect dirt and debris

• Empty trash cans and waste containers regularly

• Clean windows, interior walls, and ceilings thoroughly

• Conduct safety and security checks of premises

Requirements:

• Fluent in English for effective communication

• No formal education required; training provided

• Organized and flexible in approach and duties
