In this impactful position, you will manage and lead a maintenance team, implementing preventive and predictive strategies that uphold safety and minimize downtime. You will engage closely with plant leadership and maintenance professionals to tackle challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site. Your experience in manufacturing environments will enhance operational reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct maintenance operations for production equipment
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities effectively
• Implement sustainable solutions for equipment issues
• Develop performance reports and documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance work
• Certified Millwright (433A) preferred
• Experience with VFDs and automation systems
• Ability to lead teams and manage projects
