  • The full base salary range for this position is from $ - $ annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.

About This Opportunity

The Senior Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading all maintenance, reliability, utilities, asset care, and technical services functions for the Brampton Manufacturing Facility, the largest facility within the Coca Cola Canada Network.

The role is accountable for maximizing equipment reliability, plant availability, safety, and maintenance effectiveness while developing technical capability across maintenance and operations teams.

This position provides strategic leadership for maintenance operations, reliability engineering, utilities management, maintenance planning, capital execution support, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Senior Maintenance Manager drives a proactive maintenance culture focused on safety, equipment ownership, loss elimination, and operational excellence. Responsibilities align with maintenance leadership structures and utilities management roles documented within the Brampton manufacturing organization.

The Sr. Maintenance Manager will be reporting to the Plant Manager based out of our Brampton facility. This position will be a pipeline for our future Plant Manager vacancy!

This is a primarily Mon to Friday position, but as this role leads a 24/7 Maintenance Department out of hours working will be required.

Responsibilities Maintenance & Reliability Leadership
  • Develop and execute the site maintenance and asset reliability strategy.
  • Lead maintenance managers, planners, supervisors, trades, contractors, and technical specialists.
  • Drive preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
  • Establish reliability-centered maintenance practices to improve equipment uptime and lifecycle performance.
  • Lead major equipment failure investigations and root cause analysis activities.
  • Ensure effective spare parts management and maintenance planning systems.
Asset Performance & Manufacturing Support
  • Partner with Operations to maximize USLE/OEE, throughput, quality, and asset utilization.
  • Reduce unplanned downtime through structured loss elimination programs.
  • Support commissioning, startup, and optimization of new equipment and technologies.
  • Provide technical leadership on critical manufacturing systems including fillers, packaging equipment, process systems, utilities, and automation.
People Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop maintenance managers, supervisors, engineers, planners, and skilled trades personnel.
  • Build technical capability, succession plans, and leadership pipelines.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage labor relations within a unionized environment.
Utilities & Infrastructure
  • Oversee performance of critical utilities systems including boilers, compressors, ammonia refrigeration, electrical distribution, water treatment, wastewater systems, and building infrastructure.
