Hands-On Facilities Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and assess facility infrastructure regularly

• Perform and document preventative maintenance tasks

• Conduct repairs on plumbing, HVAC, and other systems

• Maintain facility appearance and cleanliness

• Assist in waste management and compliance efforts

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 3–5 years of experience in facilities maintenance

• Knowledge of basic repair activities

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Capacity to operate powered industrial equipment safely
