Key Responsibilities:
• Direct maintenance operations for production equipment

• Develop performance reports and documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance work
• Certified Millwright (433A) preferred
• Experience with VFDs and automation systems
• Ability to lead teams and manage projects
