Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the Maintenance and Utilities teams efficiently
• Manage asset reliability and predictive maintenance
• Implement standardized maintenance processes
• Oversee compliance with safety and quality regulations
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance
Requirements:
• Engineering-based qualification is required
• 5+ years in maintenance management within manufacturing
• Proficient in CMMS and technical analysis
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Background in ammonia operations is a plus
