Take charge as a Lead Maintenance Supervisor in a robust manufacturing setting. Your expertise in equipment maintenance will lead teams toward excellence and reliability in operations.
In your supervisory role, you will oversee a skilled crew of Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians, implementing and tracking maintenance systems designed for efficiency. Your responsibilities include scheduling preventive maintenance and collaborating with Production to ensure seamless operations. You will also develop KPIs for maintenance performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise maintenance crews in preventative tasks
• Develop and oversee documentation for maintenance processes
• Work together with Production for effective repairs
• Train staff on methods and safety protocols
• Assess job quality and ensure thoroughness
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 3–5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Advanced knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Excellent conflict resolution and planning skills
