In this role, you will report to the Operations Manager and oversee the maintenance operations, leading a team to achieve critical performance metrics. You will partner with operations leaders to implement best practices for safety, quality, and equipment management while managing third-party contractors effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead maintenance initiatives and team development
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality protocols
• Oversee management of capital projects and budgets
• Foster strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders
• Provide ongoing performance reviews and coaching
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or trades certification required
• Demonstrated experience in maintenance leadership
• Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Background in high-volume manufacturing environments
