Position: Cleaner Role with Boardwalk
Join Boardwalk as a Cleaner, working scheduled shifts from Wednesday to Sunday. This role involves maintaining cleanliness in various areas, including offices and amenity spaces.

At Boardwalk, we are seeking a Cleaner with two years of experience to handle diverse tasks such as cleaning vacant suites, managing inventories, and ensuring equipment functionality. Your commitment to excellent customer service and strong time-management skills will be essential as you work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean entrances, elevators, offices, and common areas

• Maintain cleanliness in vacant suites and perform touch-ups

• Manage interior and exterior garbage pick-up

• Assist with snow removal tasks as necessary

• Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience

• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written

• Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle

• Ability to lift up to 90 kg with equipment

• Willingness to work permanent weekends
