Step into a Senior Maintenance Project Planner role at Magna Exteriors, focusing on the strategic planning and execution of maintenance initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will work closely with the Maintenance Manager to effectively plan and budget for maintenance projects, ensuring a robust Preventative Maintenance program is in place. Your leadership skills will be key in developing training programs for maintenance staff, implementing action plans for performance targets, and supporting Continuous Improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support efficient operations for the Maintenance Department
• Schedule and execute maintenance projects effectively
• Develop and track departmental goals and objectives
• Oversee the Preventative Maintenance program for equipment
• Assist with strategic growth planning initiatives
Requirements:
• College diploma in a related maintenance field
• At least 4 years of leadership experience in manufacturing
• Experience with preventive maintenance implementation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving capabilities
