Your role is pivotal in maintaining the facilities that drive our manufacturing and office functions.
This key position emphasizes technical skills in managing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems while ensuring regulatory standards are met. Collaborating with various teams, you’ll develop maintenance plans and execute facility improvements that enhance safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize HVAC and other utility systems
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on facility assets
• Lead repairs and upgrades for operation continuity
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements
• Coordinate with contractors for facility projects
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in a relevant engineering field
• At least 5 years of facilities maintenance experience
• Familiarity with GMP and regulations in manufacturing
• Strong troubleshooting skills with SAP experience
• Ability to perform root cause analysis for equipment
