As the Maintenance Team Leader, you will lead a dedicated team while directly engaging in essential maintenance tasks. Your responsibilities will encompass monitoring team performance, conducting inspections, and implementing safety standards. You’ll ensure your team’s efforts meet quality expectations and enhance client satisfaction across diverse facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance Technicians
• Prioritize and assign maintenance tasks
• Conduct thorough facility inspections
• Oversee maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems
• Record and manage work orders effectively
Requirements:
• 5+ years in facilities maintenance
• Previously held leadership roles preferred
• High school diploma with trades certification
• Journeyman licenses required in Electrical and Plumbing
• Strong problem-solving and maintenance skills
