We are looking for a Cleaner with at least two years of cleaning experience to assist in maintaining our properties. This role involves cleaning common areas, ensuring equipment is functioning, and providing excellent customer service. You will need to demonstrate strong commitment and time-management skills while working with others and independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain building entrances and common areas
• Perform touch-up cleaning in vacant suites
• Handle garbage collection and disposal
• Assist in snow removal duties when needed
• Ensure proper maintenance of cleaning equipment
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of relevant cleaning experience
• Strong English communication skills, verbal and written
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Physical ability to lift up to 90 kg
• Flexible for permanent weekend shifts
